First licensed as WN8RFH in Cleveland, Ohio (1965). After high school served four years in the U.S. Air Force (1968 – 1972). Graduated from University of Akron (B.S. Technical Education) and Cuyahoga Community College (A.S. Electronics Technology). Employed by the Allen-Bradley company (Now Rockwell Automation) as a Technical Instructor conducting training on PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and other industrial automation systems. Was transferred to Milwaukee HQ in 1983 to help start up a national training operation. Took an early retirement from Rockwell after 26 years. Then an offer I couldn’t refuse came along from Generac Power Systems (home, commercial and industrial generators). Employed as an Instructional Designer where I developed online training courses. Spent 9 years at Generac then retired in July, 2015. Currently do freelance elearning design/development and audio narration/editing.
